Any AMFI Certified Mutual fund distributor with Valid ARN ( AMFI Registration number) and with Registered Address in Know Your Distributor (KYD) as well within Karnataka.
1) Download and Fill the Membership Form along with the Payment details and take a Printout of the same
2) Attach the ARN Copy and Paste the Photo in the Space Provided
3) Payment can be made Via Cheque, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS or UPI and enter the details in the Payment Column
4) Send the Physical Forms to MFDAK Office Address or Hand it over to Chapter Heads
